Your hands are such an important and useful part of the body. Take care of them and pamper them with these tips from DealDash.

We are jumping into March, headed with an eye towards Spring. We’re so tired of Winter with of dry hands and papery crunchy skin. We should all take the best care of our hands possible, they are the only ones we get! Let DealDash help you take special care of your hands.

What Should You Put on Your Hands?

Hand Cream – You should put on plenty of hand cream. Putting it on once a day isn’t really going to cut it. Every time you wash your hands you should be slathering on the hand cream. The thicker the hand cream, the better.

Sunblock – Yes, sunblock! Your hands are almost always exposed to the sun when you’re outside, so you should protect it. The minimum SPF I would suggest is 30. If you’re going to be outside for a long amount of time I would suggest SPF 50.

Hand Mask – You’ve heard of face masks, right? A hand mask uses the same principal – and if you have a favorite face mask you can put it on your hands as well. Why not have a full-on pampering night and do a face mask as well as a hand mask?

What Should You Avoid?

If your hands are dry, cracked, and sensitive you need to take extra-special care of them. However, when you’re slathering on the hand creams, avoid creams that have too much perfume, alcohol or water in them. Even if they feel thick and comforting the additives will just dry them out even more.
