This is the perfect time to make pumpkin bread. Everything this month is pumpkin spice, from coffee to candles – why not bread? Pumpkin bread is very versatile, you can use it as an accompaniment to your soup at lunch, or you can spread a little vanilla frosting on it and it makes a wonderful dessert. Speaking of dessert, you can make this pumpkin bread in a muffin or cupcake tin and frost and decorate them as well.

Roasted pumpkin seeds are absolutely delicious, a healthy snack, and fun to make. What’s not to love? We are 1/4 done with October, so if you haven’t gotten your (or your kid’s) costumes ready yet, now is the time.
