Do you love tacos? My family sure does, and we have tacos every Tuesday! I have figured out some easy ways to simplify the process. If you love tacos, be sure to read this article from DealDash.

Have Baked Chicken on Monday

If we are talking about Taco Tuesday, what does chicken on Monday have to do with it? Everything! My family’s favorite tacos are chicken, so therefore we always have baked chicken on Monday, and I make extra. Enough to have leftover chicken to put in the tacos the next day! This saves me a ton of time on Tuesday, and having baked chicken two days in a row is quite healthy. Of course, if your family isn’t wild about chicken, then cook whatever meat they like on Monday. Just be sure to make extra for Tuesday.

Try Corn Tortillas

If you are used to having either crunchy tacos or flour tortillas, then try the corn ones next time. You are in for a treat! They are so delicious and quite inexpensive. In my supermarket, they have them in the same aisle as the flour and crunchy tortillas. However, in other grocery stores, I have seen them in the Ethnic aisle instead. Once you try these tortillas you won’t want to switch back!

Make “Cheater” Homemade Salsa

Making homemade salsa is trickier than it sounds. There are lots of different recipes, of course, but many of them require more time and ingredients than they are worth. However, I have found a way to make delicious salsa that tastes homemade without all of the work! Simply take a small jar of salsa and toss it into your food processor. Then add a couple of fresh tomatoes, some cilantro, 1/4 of a lime, a sprinkle of salt, and blend it up. You will end up with salsa as delicious as at any restaurant, and it only takes a few minutes.
