  • Write in a journal or even make a blog
  • Start a new hobby. Try knitting or crochet, drawing, drone flying, you choose!
  • Get a pet. You can spend your free time cuddling it.
  • Volunteer – some people find helping others helps them relax
  • Bake cookies – yum yum!
  • Read a book – paper or ebooks are both great!
