In a study of patients with eczema, 47% of those treated with coconut oil had major improvements in their skin.
You can also use coconut oil as a spa treatment for your dry winter feet. Coconut oil can help repair your cracked heels. Just apply a thin coat to your heels at bedtime, and cover with thick socks. Continue this treatment on a nightly basis until your heels are smooth and repaired.
