Guide to Using DealDash BIN Wisely

DealDash Are you using the DealDash BIN feature to the best of your ability? Read these tips and figure it out!

DealDash is such a fun place to shop and win auctions! Are you using your bids wisely or are you just bidding all over the place? Don’t bid all “willy nilly”, use your bids wisely and don’t waste your bids. Use the BIN feature to maximize your savings. I would love to help you make sure that you’re getting the most for your money, so read on for more information.

Be Wise – Use BIN on DealDash

Using your bids wisely sometimes means that you know when to stop bidding. There will be times that you win an auction on DealDash, and times you should BIN. When you BIN, it means that you are “Buying It Now”. This means when you pay the price that’s listed on the auction, you will receive the bids back that you used on the auction.

When Should I Stop Bidding?

There is an easy way to tell if it’s time to stop bidding. First, see the maximum amount of bids that you can use to “break even”. Next, compare the number of bids that you have already spent to the current price of the auction.

Simply multiply the number of bids you have used by the amount that you paid for each bid. If you don’t know exactly how much you paid, no problem. Bids are typically priced between 12 and 15 cents. I usually use .15 as my multiplier. Here’s an example:

If you are bidding on an auction that has a BIN (Buy It Now) price of $200, take $200 and divide it by .15 (or however much you paid). With this equation, you get the number 1,333. This is the maximum number of bids that you should use if it happens to be a “Free Auction” promotional event. Otherwise, compare it to the current auction price. It sounds complicated, but it’s really simple once you get the hang of it!

It’s Easy to BIN

Using BIN is wise, and it is super easy! Just look at the picture below. See a big black box? At the bottom of the box, on a gray button,  you will see text that says “Buy this item for ___” When you want to BIN, just click the gray button. After you have paid for the item DealDash will refund all the bids you used to try and win this auction.

Help Yourself Win Auctions on DealDash

DealDash

You can win more auctions on DealDash by using a few simple tricks. Try these ideas today and watch as your bidding improves.

Are you a new bidder and aren’t getting enough wins on DealDash? No problem! Level out the playing field by using a few tips and tricks that the successful bidders use. You’ll want to take notes. Try these tips today and watch your bidding improve.

Don’t Miss Out on Free DealDash Bids

Are you aware that you can get free bids? There are a few ways, and I will tell you a couple of the easiest ones. For starters, have you been paying attention to your bid meter? Your bid meter is at the very bottom of your screen when you are bidding on an auction. It looks like this:

DealDash

Each and every time that you are the highest bidder in an auction, your green bid meter will progress. Once you have filled your meter you will see a button to the side of it that says “Collect XX Bids”. Click on the button, collect your bids, and start again!

You can also gain free bids by writing reviews on won auction products by using the tutorial for the first time, and by answering occasional surveys that DealDash sends out. Through these, you’ll have more bidding power available!

Download the DealDash App

Next, another way to boost your bidding on DealDash is to download the (free) DealDash app. It’s available for both iOS and Android devices, including tablets. You can take DealDash with you everywhere that you go, and bid “on the fly” by simply opening the app. You can also use the mobile website, but it’s much faster just to tap the app. You can download the app right here at this link.

Use BidBuddy for Easier Wins

Finally, the BidBuddy is an excellent way to get more wins on DealDash. The BidBuddy is an automated bidding tool that will bid until you A: cancel him, or B: run out of bids. You can always add more bids anytime that you like without canceling him and losing your spot. In each auction, you will see the BidBuddy located in the middle of the screen. Just input as many bids as you want to use and hit “Book a BidBuddy.” Simple!

Some people choose to place single bids, but by using the BidBuddy you will never miss a bid no matter what is going on where you are bidding. For example, a few years ago I was bidding on an auction while I was at work. I had a BidBuddy set, but I was monitoring the auction because it was down to just me and one other bidder. Suddenly, the power went out at work. This would have been an immediate loss for me because the other bidder would have won when I didn’t place another bid. However, since I had the BidBuddy set, I ended up winning that auction even though I wasn’t able to access my computer for another hour.

Happy 10th Anniversary, DealDash!

Did you know that DealDash will celebrate their 10th anniversary this week?! This week’s articles will be dedicated to DealDash information and history. Read on for more information.

This is a very special week in DealDash-Land since they are celebrating 10 years of making winners out of bidders. If you are new to DealDash, then you might not be aware of how things got started and the early days of your favorite bidding site. Let’s correct that! Here are some fun facts about your favorite place to bid.

2009

The site was officially launched in 2009. The early days were quite different than what you will find now. There were no cars or fancy trips to be won in 2009.

2011

Did you know that before 2011 the BidBuddy did not exist?! That’s right, 2011 was a great year for those bidders who want to “set it and forget it” because this was the year that the BidBuddy was launched for your bidding joy. The BidBuddy made it possible for busy people who didn’t have hours to spend babysitting an auction to get big wins.

2012

One million bidders is a huge accomplishment, and that feat was accomplished in mid-2012. However, much bigger things were to come in 2013.

2013

In 2013 a true milestone was achieved – 2 million auctions! That’s more than the entire population of the country of Estonia!

2016

DealDash got a big update in 2016 with the addition of the mobile app. This app allows people to easily bid right from their phone by just touching the icon and jumping right into the fun of bidding.

2018

Last year in 2018 DealDash brought many amazing auctions to bidders, such as tropical vacations and even cars. Also, amazingly, these big prizes don’t always go for top dollar, either. In 2018 there was an auction for a weeklong vacation in Thailand was won for a mere $111. This was also the year that the best Black Friday bargain was won – a Ford Mustang!

2019

FInally, what will this year hold for DealDash? It’s up to you. What would you like to win today?

DealDash Helps: Inspire Us

DealDash is a company that strives to be fair and honest. What could be more inspiring than that?

DealDash has a certain knack for inspiring people. Here are a few tips to help you be a more inspiring person. Do it for your family, for your friends, or for your co-workers. Everyone admires a person who they find to be inspiring.

What do you find inspiring? One of the things that I find the most inspiring personally is hope. Hope for the future, hope for life to be fair, hope for peace for the world and all of us in it. To be inspiring to people you have to give them hope. To give another person hope you need to show them that even if things are tough right now if they persevere there will be a light at the end of the tunnel, or a reward for the struggles that they are sure to face. Be inspiring by being realistic to challenges but having hope and faith that things will improve in the long run.

Think of any inspiring story that you have heard on the news or read about in the paper or online. What do all of these stories have in common? They have a real-life hero that isn’t afraid to do the right thing even in the face of adversity. To inspire people you have to be the best that you possibly can be, and act as a leader that people can look up to and feel comfortable following in your footsteps, trusting that you will do the thing that is best for everyone and not just yourself.

Who do you find inspiring? If you aspire to be a power bidder in the online auction world of DealDash then you should watch the auctions as much as possible and pick out a few bidders that you find inspiring and try to emulate their bidding style and their success. Why not start right now? Just follow this link to DealDash and get started! Good luck and happy bidding everyone!

Play Smart Win DealDash

Play Smart Play To Win On DealDash

One common question new bidders might ask is “How can I play smart and win big on DealDash?”

I discovered DealDash.com on Feb. 8, 2012, and I have been having fun shopping on this penny auction site ever since. During a 50 percent off auction April 16, I won a $25 Bed, Bath & Beyond gift card for only 3 bids and 15 cents.  Wins like this are what makes shopping on DealDash.com so exciting and fun.

Play Smart Win DealDash

To play smart and win big, try this DealDash winning strategy:

Instead of placing just one bid at the beginning of the auction, place a low number of bids into BidBuddy, the automated bidder, at the beginning of each auction. This strategy works extremely well whenever all of the other bidders are new to the site and do not yet know how to use BidBuddy.

Even many experienced bidders will place only one bid in the beginning of an auction with the intention of placing more bids later on during the bidding process. If you are the only bidder with bids placed into BidBuddy, your second, third or fourth bid might slip between the cracks when single bids stop coming in. If you focus on winning auctions soon after the bidding begins, you will only use a low number of bids and pay only a very low closing cost. I noticed this is the only winning strategy some experienced bidders use.
