Are you aware that you can get free bids? There are a few ways, and I will tell you a couple of the easiest ones. For starters, have you been paying attention to your bid meter? Your bid meter is at the very bottom of your screen when you are bidding on an auction. It looks like this:

Each and every time that you are the highest bidder in an auction, your green bid meter will progress. Once you have filled your meter you will see a button to the side of it that says “Collect XX Bids”. Click on the button, collect your bids, and start again!

Just input as many bids as you want to use and hit “Book a BidBuddy.” Simple!

For example, a few years ago I was bidding on an auction while I was at work. I had a BidBuddy set, but I was monitoring the auction because it was down to just me and one other bidder. Suddenly, the power went out at work. This would have been an immediate loss for me because the other bidder would have won when I didn’t place another bid. However, since I had the BidBuddy set, I ended up winning that auction even though I wasn’t able to access my computer for another hour.
