Drinking water is such an important part of having a good healthy body. No matter what the DealDash blog topic, be it weight loss, getting healthy, or even cooking – water always tops the list as the best. Here are some easy tips on how to get more water into your diet.
Get an App
Yes, there’s an app for that! There are actually many apps that are specifically made to help you remember to drink more water. Just do a simple search in the Apple App store or the Google play store and there will be a few to choose from. There are also many fitness-related apps that also track your water intake. However, I prefer the ones that are specifically meant to remind you to drink the water with a push notification rather than just recording when you drink the water.

Use a Shotglass
Surprisingly, a shot glass can help you drink more water. Keep a shot glass around, no matter where you are. Keep one on your kitchen counter, in your bathroom, and in your office. Every hour on the hour (while you’re awake) drink a shot glass full of water. You don’t have to get up in the middle of the night to do this, but if you happen to get up anyway to go to the bathroom, be sure to down a quick shot glass of water.
Get a Water Bottle You Love
