Too Many Electronics Before Bed

Electronic devices like cell phones and laptops can also do a number on how you are feeling. You can really have a lot of issues like sleep disturbance if you are too into your devices. You need to again learn a healthy balance when it comes to using your devices, especially before bed. It’s important to know how long is healthy to use them and when you should shut them off.

Learning to spend time doing other things that do not involve a device is very healthy, especially in the hour before bed. If you must use your devices right before bed, be sure to get an app that blocks the blue light coming from the screen. This blue light can help keep you awake. 

Cut Down on Drinking

Drinking alcohol is another thing that will have you feeling exhausted if you over-indulge. Consuming alcoholic drinks can have you not wanting to do anything in particular which can leave you exhausted. You should avoid consuming these types of drinks and if you do use them only in moderation. This way you will be feeling your best as often as possible. Another great thing about cutting down on alcohol is that you can replace it with water. And the more water you drink, the better you will feel.
