Ideas to Try on DealDash to Save Your Bids

DealDash

As everyone knows, bids are currency on DealDash. Here are some ideas to preserve your precious bids.

Sit and Lie in Wait on DealDash

There’s no reason that you have to jump into an auction immediately on DealDash. If you are scoping out an auction and see that there are 50+ people competing for the same item then there is no reason to start bidding right away. However, if the auction sinks down to less than 5 or 6 people then you should hop in right away to make sure that this one doesn’t slip away.

Do know, however, that there is a No Jumper rule. This means that you must place at least one bid before the auction reaches $5. Once in a while, there is a special promotion where you can not place a bid after $3. Also, some of the higher value auctions such as cars have a much higher threshold such as $1,000. For the most part, though, the limit is $5.

BIN Can Save Your Bids

If you’ve placed a lot of bids in an auction, yet there are still lots of people still bidding and no end in sight, you should consider doing a BIN (Buy It Now) on the item. Simply press the button that says “Buy It Now” that is located in the bidding box on each auction. After paying the price that is listed on the auction, all of your bids you spent on this item will be returned to your account. The BIN feature is a real lifesaver if you have placed way too many bids on an item. This is a great reason to try to bid on things that you would consider buying in the store anyway.
