Another type of car seat that you’ll run into is a booster seat.  You’ll find the booster seats come in a wide variety of different types.  You’ll find that even some booster seats are built right into some cars and vans.  Booster seats should be used when sure baby gets to a certain size and weight. They are definitely for when your baby gets older, as in preschool age. You will want to check your own state’s laws on the height and weight that is recommended for a booster seat.
