Paint an American Flag
You can make an American Flag by using paint. It is easy to create an American flag with paint. All you need is a white piece of paper and some paint in blue and red. You give each child some paint and have them create an American Flag. This craft is perfect for decorations. Toddlers will be so proud of their patriotic masterpiece. You can also get creative with star stickers to make a fancier flag.
Make Fireworks out of Hand Prints
Glitter and handprint cutouts are the only thing you need to make this fun 4th of July craft. This is an easy paper craft so it is the perfect activity for young kids and even toddlers. You have them dip their hands in one red, white, and blue paint then trace around them. After you trace the handprints you cut out the copies and glue them down. Make sure that they overlap. Then top the craft off with glitter. Your kids will be so proud of their fireworks.
4th of July Visor
If you and your kids are going to a 4th of July parade, it is best to wear a visor. This craft is so simple that even a small kid can do it. All you need is a visor that is made out of foam, foam stickers made out of stars, red and blue paint. Use the paint to write USA and then add the foam stars. Your kids will look adorable in their 4th of July visors. Don’t forget to take some pictures!
