It’s no wonder that you are feeling sluggish if you aren’t getting enough hours of sleep per night. Finally, this might be an unexpected tip, but get some help! As a stay-at-home-mom with 3 kids, I find myself struggling with all of the cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, and everything else. Doing all of these things for 5 people (and 2 cats) can get very overwhelming. Ergo, I decided to distribute the tasks to the kids according to their abilities. At first, it felt like even more work to have the kids help. However, after showing them how to do the tasks a few times they were able to help. This has given me a huge energy boost, as well as being a great family bonding experience. No one likes to do the cleaning, so if we all do it together it will be done faster.
