You can create a 3-D mosaic with a pom-pom in the color of your choice. In order to make the pom-pom, you have to insert a pin into the pom-pom. Then press your pin into a medium size styrofoam ball. Do this step until the ball is completely covered. All you have to do is add a piece of ribbon to hang the styrofoam ball on a tree.
